Jeff Brownfield is a dedicated advocate for the people of Central Illinois, seeking to break the chains of political corruption that have hindered the state's progress for decades. As a native of Champaign and a proud alumnus of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Jeff understands the challenges facing our community firsthand. With two high school-aged children and a wife deeply involved in early childhood education, he is steadfast in his mission to secure a prosperous future for all families in Central Illinois.
Jeff pledges to streamline and eliminate regulations that hinder small businesses and farmers. He will also prioritize providing services for our disabled residents and ensure services for veterans, honoring their sacrifice to our state and nation. With his deep community roots, Jeff Brownfield is poised to enact positive change and empower Central Illinois to thrive.
Active in the community, Jeff has coached little league baseball, YMCA and Champaign Park District basketball and American Legion Post 24 baseball. He co-chaired the Centennial Football Booster Club and has volunteered and coached at Holy Cross and St Thomas More church and school.
